What baby name sounds good with my last name?

I need a first and middle name that sounds right with our last name...."Gondolfo". It is an Italian name so maybe something Italian? I also want something unique. I just found out I'm pregnant so I don't know if it is a boy or girl, but I just need some ideas to start with.

What baby name sounds good with my last name?
Zoey or Daniel..

Reply:Do you want to go with Italian tradition???

"Traditionally, Italian parents have chosen their children's names based on the name of a grandparent, choosing names from the father's side of the family first and then from the mother's side. According to Lynn Nelson, author of A Genealogist's Guide to Discovering Your Italian Ancestors, there has been a strong custom in Italy that determines how children are named:

-the first male is named after his paternal grandfather

-the second male is named after his maternal grandfather

-the first female is named after her paternal grandmother

-the second female is named after her maternal grandmother

Nelson also points out that: "the subsequent children could be named after the parents, a favorite aunt or uncle, a saint or a deceased relative."

"Children are often named for saints, typically for the saint on whose feast day they were born, but sometimes for a saint for whom the parents feel a special connection or for the patron saint of the town they live in"

has a TON of Italian names on it...

Just remember whatever you name your baby... it will have that name for life so give him or her a name they will be proud of FOREVER!!!

Good luck!!!!

Reply:i don't really know which names you should go with but i would stick with something simple and short seeing as your surname is long and maybe be a lil difficult for teachers in school when he/she gets older. you can still have a unique name without it being too long.
