Adding or changing my babies name?

My daughter is 8 months old. Her name is Rylee Morgan. I liked the idea of having her nickname Bree but didn't go w/it. Now that she is older I definately think she looks like a Bree. I want to keep her name Rylee though because I love it also. I was thinking about either changing it to Rylee Bree or keeping the Morgan and having both middle names. Also love Breely. So what do you guys think.

Adding or changing my babies name?
You have got me on that one, when you say Bree, I automatically thought of Brie the French cheese!
Reply:if Bree is something you just want to use for a nickname, i would just use it. it doesnt need to actually be part of her name. i dont think the cost and trouble is worth it when its mainly intended to be a nickname. you can just start calling her that. it may be a 'funny' story for you to tell her when she gets older but thats about it.
Reply:If you mean officially (on birth certificate) and you are in the UK, you cannot do so.

The only way it could be done is by deed poll and I don't think your daughter is old enough yet.

Reply:don't legally change it, just call it her because it rhymes (if anyone asks)

my friends daughter is called samantha, and they've called her manch since she was born!
Reply:I like the name Rylee Bree Morgan but i think it would be better and easier to keep her name, as it is lovely and just use Bree as a nickname. That way, it wont be official so if she grows up she wants to take it out and you'll be bale to tell her why she has the nickname Bree :) hope it helps xx
Reply:I have no idea what to say to you. Really.
Reply:I actually know a girl named Rylee and a two girls named Bree BUT

they all spell their names differently that you do. Pretty names. They are Riley and the two brees spell it Brie (which is short for Brieanne).

Anyway I like Morgan better for a middle name. Just call her "Bree" - no real reason to add that - but if you want to do so - just go to your local county building and file the papers to do so. You can probably look that information up on your County's website. I wouldn't change her middle name though - I'd just add the "Bree". That way later in life if she is filing for a passport or something there won't be any confusion over birth-certificates.
