What is the craziest baby name you have encountered?

I was reading the paper at work a couple months ago and I saw one that I thought took the cake.

Corazon de Jesus (this was all just the first name) III. Parents were Corazon de Jesus Jr and Maria de Jesus (these again were just first names). It seemed a bit odd that the mother's first name was so similar when I doubt she was related to her husband's family other than by marriage. I understand that Hispanic families are traditionally Catholic but I had never seen anything like that before.

What is the craziest baby name you have encountered?
http://www.vh1.com/shows/dyn/vh1_all_acc... %26lt; any of these would work... I dont know why actors/actresses/musicians think it's so great to name their kids such wacked out names lol

Seriously.. Dixie Dot? Audio Science? Fifi Trixibell? Isnt Fifi something one would name their poodle? these poor children lol
Reply:there are many strange and "unique"names these days but the funniest I have heard about is in Cuba.

People saw U.S. Navy ships near Guantanamo and called their daughters

USNAVY

Reply:Cien Alekzandry
Reply:When I was pregnant, my husband really wanted to name our son Ektar. And we are caucasion, so there is no ethnic significance. He is Irish and I am Italian.

In the end, we named him Matthew...

...close call.
Reply:Shii'take
Reply:Azereta Mazerata

A friend of mine encountered that first/middle name in Alabama.
Reply:I know a lady who named her twin girls apple and peach.
Reply:A few years ago I heard on The Dinah Shore show that there a few years prior were twins named Pete and Repete

(unfortunately it wasn't said in which order they were born)
Reply:My in-law said he knew a guy that named his kids Female and Placenta He claimed the man was Spanish speaking and thought one of the names would sound pretty pronounced in his way. Fee-mall-lay and apparently didn't know what a Placenta was. I don't know of this is true, But he swore it was.
Reply:A woman my mom worked with years ago named her daughter "Urethra." We figure she was going for Aretha (as in Franklin) but something went wrong...

A friend's mom used to be a school principal and had a kindergartner registered as "Virgina." She thought it was a mistake and asked the mom, "Is this Vir-gin-ia?" Nope. Virgina. Pronounced "ver-jyn-a."

Poor kids.
Reply:Yes, names like that are fairly common within Hispanic Catholic communities. And really, Corazon and Jesus aren't unusual choices in the least -- though I agree the whole "heart of Jesus" and "Mary of Jesus" phrase names are quite an interesting coincidence. ;) Is it possible the paper may have simply mixed up the name order, and perhaps "de Jesus" was supposed to be part of the surname (very common, in that case)?

The oddest I've ever seen in a real-life announcement was in our local paper a few months back. Jermanydragonfire (yes, that's the "first name" LOL) Jayden Jordan Lastname (which was not, oddly enough, Jingleheimer-Schmidt ROFL). Here's a link! http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y284/pa...
Reply:Azriel, like the cat from the smurfs
Reply:Tomorrow Byrd (first/last names) and Chanda Lier (first/middle)
Reply:Atrayue (Ah-Tray-you)
