Whichever one you want! I'm not sure there's really a rule. I would put the child's name/initials. This way, if the child is ever at a play date or child care, its quick to see which diaper bag is his. When you go to get it done or to pick up the supplies, you could always ask the sales associate what other people do the most. Good luck.

Reply:depends if you wanna use it for multiple babies... use the last name. But if it is just for one baby, do the baby's name, not mom's...

Reply:Put your baby's name since it is for them, and it would be something cool for them to have when they go to have kids. If it's a boy it would be cool to just have a last name then it could carry down for generations!
