Pretty much as the question said. the thing that goes on your back to hold a baby!
What is the name of the thing used to carry babies on back?
Anything used to carry a baby is called a baby carrier -not to be confused with infant car seats which are commonly called infant carriers or pumpkin seats.
The ones that you can wear on your back include wraps, backpacks, meit teis and structured carriers (like bjorns, etc)
Reply:A baby backpack. Or frontpack. Brand names include Baby Bijorn, Snugli. I'm sure there are others. A sling does the job well too.
